You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in resellable condition, with all tags, barcode labels and original packaging intact. Accessories should be returned in their original branded box, inside a protective outer box or postal bag.

Return postage is at your cost unless we sent the wrong item or the item is faulty. In those cases we'll refund up to £10 in postage on receipt of a valid postage receipt.

Online orders can't be returned in store.

Bought this as a gift and it’s absolutely beautiful, the detail is perfect and looks great as a statement piece. Ideal to hold some trinkets or sweets.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my mum. It's good quality & arrived in a cute box, which is helpful if you're giving this as a gift. The jar itself is of decent quality, and the print on the main body of the jar, and the owl on the lid are both well made. My mum loves the jar and uses it to store cosmetic remover pads in, but I think that the jar would fit in most rooms of the house. I'd happily recommend this jar to anyone, and I'll probably be buying more items from House Of Disaster in the future.
